软管泵的工作原理及应用：软管在泵体内呈U形布置。当旋转体带动挤压轮旋转时，挤压软管受到挤压轮的挤压而发生弹性变形，然后吸入口形成负压吸浆。通过挤压轮的推动，浆液从出料口排出，形成浆液的压力输送。工业软管泵主要应用于建筑、地下工程、矿山、食品、造纸、陶瓷等领域的粘性浆液远距离输送、计量泵送、压力灌浆、喷射等。

软管泵产品在国内外多种工业领域均有应用，市场需求巨大，工业不断研究出新的产品机型，具有特殊结构的软管。软管泵的核心部件就是橡胶软管，软管的破裂和损伤通常表现在软管外层磨损破裂或外层与帘线加固层撕裂脱开，终无法输送介质。软管的内径以及转子的转速，都是由泵送的流量所决定的。软管的厚度，是根据它的直径和加固层数量来选取的，作用是在软管被挤压后，迅速恢复原形，从而在软管内产生较大的真空吸力。纤维加固层的结构可以使各种型号的软管泵均能产生不同的压力。
